Commission is payable after an event takes place. EventCage will invoice you within 30 days of receiving the event breakdown from your venue. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Important: You are required to provide accurate event breakdowns for all bookings received through EventCage, including the booking value and event date. Failure to provide this information or deliberately misreporting booking values constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
Commission applies to all bookings facilitated through the EventCage platform, regardless of whether the booking is completed through the platform or via direct contact initiated through EventCage.
4. Annual ROI Guarantee
For annual plans (Basic or Premium), if your venue doesn't achieve a return on investment equal to or greater than your subscription cost within 12 months, we'll refund your subscription cost in full.
