By subscribing to EventCage, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Bespoke agreements: If your venue has a separately signed or negotiated agreement with EventCage (e.g. a custom commercial or partnership agreement), that bespoke agreement overrides these website terms to the extent of any conflict. Where the bespoke agreement is silent, these Terms of Service apply.
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net booking value (excluding taxes, VAT, and service fees). The net booking value includes the base venue hire fee and any additional services booked through EventCage.
Commission is payable after an event takes place. EventCage will invoice you within 30 days of receiving the event breakdown from your venue. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Important: You are required to provide accurate event breakdowns for all bookings received through EventCage, including the booking value and event date. Failure to provide this information or deliberately misreporting booking values constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account termination.
Commission applies to all bookings facilitated through the EventCage platform, regardless of whether the booking is completed through the platform or via direct contact initiated through EventCage.
For annual plans (Basic or Premium), if your venue doesn't achieve a return on investment equal to or greater than your subscription cost within 12 months, we'll refund your subscription cost in full.
To claim the guarantee, contact us at sales@eventcage.com with documentation of bookings received through EventCage during your subscription period.
You will receive invoices and receipts via email to the address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing sales@eventcage.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or the ROI guarantee for annual plans.
Free plan users may delete their account at any time, but remain subject to commission payments for any bookings received through EventCage.
As a venue partner, you are responsible for:
All communications relating to site visits, sales enquiries, and bookings that originate from or are facilitated by EventCage must include EventCage's sales email address (sales@eventcage.com) in copy for the duration of the sales process. This requirement applies to all forms of written communication including email, regardless of whether correspondence is initiated by the venue, the client, or EventCage.
This ensures full transparency, allows EventCage to provide support throughout the booking process, and enables accurate commission tracking. Failure to include EventCage in communications may be treated as an attempt to circumvent commission obligations and constitutes a breach of these terms.
EventCage commits to:
EventCage does not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, bookings, or revenue. We make reasonable efforts to promote your venue but results depend on many factors including venue quality, pricing, availability, location, and market demand.
You may not:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing sales@eventcage.com. Free plan users may delete their account at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period for paid plans.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon termination:
No Warranty: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EventCage does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Your Warranties: You warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventCage's liability is limited as follows:
Exceptions: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If a dispute arises between you and EventCage:
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Where a venue account is subject to a bespoke agreement with EventCage (such as a custom commercial, partnership, or enterprise agreement signed or agreed in writing), that bespoke agreement takes precedence over these website Terms of Service to the extent of any conflict. Terms not covered or contradicted by the bespoke agreement continue to be governed by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Subject to any applicable bespoke agreement (see above), these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventCage regarding the use of our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. EventCage may assign these terms to any affiliate or successor.
EventCage is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet/telecommunications failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you don't agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription by emailing sales@eventcage.com before the changes take effect.
